This Privacy Policy explains how AstroZora (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit astrozora.com, use our astrology calculators, or contact us. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to support@alphafenix.net.
1. Information you provide
When you request a birth-chart, Rising Sign, Moon Sign, Big Three, compatibility, or other personalized calculation, you may enter a birth date, birth time, birthplace, and calculation preferences. Compatibility tools may require this information for two people. These details are used to perform the calculation you request and display the result.
Our core calculators are designed to display results in your browser without creating public, searchable pages for individual charts. They do not require you to submit an email address to receive their standard results. Please avoid entering someone else’s birth information unless you have an appropriate reason or permission to do so.
2. How calculations and city search work
The calculator interface runs on our WordPress website. Calculation requests are sent securely to AstroZora’s separately hosted calculation service. Our current technical architecture uses Bluehost for WordPress hosting and Railway for the calculator API and associated database. The API uses astronomical calculations to return requested results.
Birthplace suggestions are based on a GeoNames-derived database maintained within AstroZora’s infrastructure. Selecting a city supplies a place identifier; the calculation service resolves the corresponding geographic and time-zone details. This does not mean that your search is routinely submitted directly to GeoNames.
3. Contact messages
If you use our contact form or email us, we may receive the name, email address, subject or topic, message, and any other information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and manage related correspondence. Do not include birth-chart details or other sensitive information in a support message unless it is necessary.
4. Technical and usage information
Hosting and security systems may process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request timestamps, and basic device or browser information. AstroZora’s calculation application is configured to use limited diagnostic records focused on request identifiers, routes, status codes, and response times rather than calculation request bodies.
The calculator frontend can produce limited product-event signals, such as calculator starts and completions, without including birth date, birth time, birthplace, or chart placements. Whether those signals are transmitted to any third-party analytics service depends on the analytics and consent services enabled on the live site. AstroZora may earn a commission from qualifying referrals, as described in our Affiliate Disclosure. We do not control the destination website’s privacy practices.
7. Retention and security
We seek to minimize the information kept for the operation of the calculators. The core calculator design does not create a saved birth-chart account or publicly accessible personalized result. Other information, such as support correspondence and operational security records, may be retained as needed for their stated purposes, subject to applicable legal requirements and the retention settings of the providers in use.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the services we operate. No Internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of, or information about personal data that we hold, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing.
